The Service Marketplace
The Marketplace is a cross-agency catalog. Agencies on the platform list productized services there; other agencies can buy them for their own clients without having to deliver in-house.
It works two ways:
- You sell on the marketplace. Other agencies (probably specialists in things you don't do — web dev, video, technical SEO) can resell your services. You're the Provider.
- You buy from the marketplace. When a client asks for something you don't offer in-house (a video shoot, a Webflow build), browse the marketplace, buy it, fulfillment is handled by the other agency. You're the Buyer.
Most Agency Partners do both.
As a buyer
Browsing
Sidebar → Marketplace. You see services from other Partner agencies listed with the agency name, service name, and price.
Purchasing
- Click a service tile.
- Pick the business you're buying it for (from your client list).
- Add notes the provider should see (briefing).
- Click Purchase.
- Stripe Checkout opens — payment is processed immediately at this step (there is no escrow).
- After payment, a case is automatically created in your inbox and in the provider agency's inbox. They start work.
The provider sees the business name and the briefing you wrote, not your other client data.
Tracking the work
The provider works the case in their workspace and you see updates in yours via provider access. You can:
- Message the provider through the case.
- Approve their deliverables.
- Mark the case complete when satisfied.
As a seller (provider)
Listing a service on the marketplace
In your service catalog:
- Services → service → Edit.
- Toggle Available on Marketplace.
- Set the marketplace price.
- Save.
The service appears in the cross-agency marketplace.
Fulfilling marketplace orders
When another agency buys your service:
- A new case appears in your inbox tagged marketplace.
- The case shows: buyer agency name, business name they bought it for, the briefing.
- You work the case as you would any other.
- You message the buyer agency through the case.
- When delivered, you mark the case Complete.
You never see:
- The buyer agency's other client data.
- The buyer's client's contact info beyond what they put in the briefing.
Opting out
Either side can pause:
- Buyer: ignore the marketplace, only shop in-house.
- Seller: toggle off Available on Marketplace on each service. Existing cases continue; no new buys.
