Signing In

Where to sign in

  • Primary URL: dashboard.localvisibilitylab.io
  • If your agency uses a custom domain (white-labeled): use the URL your agency gave you (e.g. app.youragency.com). The sign-in experience is identical, just branded.

Sign-in options

  1. Email + password — what you set up at sign-up.
  2. Sign in with Google — fastest if your work email is a Google account.
  3. Magic link — click "Email me a sign-in link" on the sign-in page. We email you a one-click link that's good for 30 minutes.

You can mix and match: signing in with Google does not delete your password and vice versa.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

If your agency requires 2FA, you'll be prompted to set it up the first time you sign in:

  1. Open an authenticator app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator, etc.).
  2. Scan the QR code on screen.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
  4. Save the backup codes somewhere safe — they're the only way back in if you lose your phone.

After setup, every sign-in asks for your authenticator code in addition to your password.

If you belong to multiple organizations

Agencies often invite the same person (consultants, fractional staff) into more than one workspace. You'll see an organization picker in the top-left of the app after signing in. Click it to switch.

On a custom-domain workspace, the organization is locked to whichever agency owns that domain — you can't switch to a different org while on that URL. To switch, go back to dashboard.localvisibilitylab.io.

Signing out

Click your avatar in the top-right → Sign Out. If you share a computer, sign out at the end of every session.

"I forgot my password"

Click Sign In → Forgot password?. We'll email you a reset link. If your account is Google-only and you've never set a password, use Sign in with Google instead.
