Requesting New Work
If your agency turned on Request Work for you, the fastest way to ask for a new service, a one-off task, or a change to ongoing work is the form at /request-work.
How it works
- Sign in to your portal.
- Click Request Work in the sidebar (or visit
/request-workdirectly). - Pick the type of work:
- A new service (with a short menu of what the agency offers)
- A change to ongoing work (e.g. "pause posts for the next two weeks")
- Something custom (free-text description)
- Add details — be as specific as possible. If there's a deadline, mention it.
- Attach files if useful (a reference image, a competitor's link, a screenshot).
- Click Submit.
What happens next
- The agency receives your request as a new case in their inbox.
- Someone usually responds within one business day with either:
- A confirmation that the work is starting, or
- A short message asking for clarification, or
- A quote if it's an out-of-scope add-on.
- You'll get an email when the case status changes.
Following up
You can check the status any time by going to My Cases in the sidebar — your request will appear there with its current state (New → In Progress → In Review → Closed). Use the case's Messages tab to chat with the agency about it.
Tips
- One request per case. If you've got three unrelated asks, submit three requests. It helps the agency triage and bill correctly.
- Be honest about urgency. "ASAP" loses meaning if everything is ASAP. If it can wait until next week, say so.
- Don't include sensitive personal data (SSNs, full credit card numbers, passwords) in the description or attachments. If the agency needs that, they'll set up a secure channel.
