For Org Owners (Agencies)
This section is for agency owners running Local Visibility Lab as their primary client-management platform. The goal: get from "just signed up" to "actively running campaigns for clients" with no guesswork.
If you also plan to resell the platform under your own brand, the Agency Partner Guide layers on top of this section — start here first.

| The 30-minute minimum viable setup so you can start using the platform today | Quick Start |
| The full sequenced walkthrough — Day 1, Week 1, Week 2 phased plan with checklists and "done when…" criteria | New Agency Playbook |
| A specific feature how-to (you've already done basic setup) | Feature Reference |
Both starting points share the same step-by-step sequence; the playbook just adds more detail, pre-work checklists, and a Week 1 / Week 2 phasing for agencies onboarding a full client book, not just one.
The high-level sequence (covered in detail in the playbook)
- Set up your organization — name + branding (logo, colors), under Settings → General.
- Pick a plan — Starter / Professional / Enterprise (currently all legacy / deprecated; new sign-ups land on the active graduated plan).
- Connect Google — OAuth your Google Business Profile so the platform can read reviews, post, and pull metrics.
- Add your first Business + Profile — pick a real client to start with.
- Set up at least one Brand Profile — so AI-generated content sounds like the client.
- Invite your team — admins, members, viewers.
- Configure remaining integrations — Google Analytics 4, Search Console, social media accounts.
After that, jump to whichever feature you need from the Feature Reference.
