Your Customer Portal
If your agency turned the customer portal on for you, you have a small set of pages that let you keep tabs on the work and your account without picking up the phone.
Getting in
You'll receive an invitation email the first time. Click the link inside, set a password (or sign in with Google), and you're in.
After that, sign in at:
dashboard.localvisibilitylab.io, or- your agency's branded URL (e.g.
app.youragency.com)
What you can see
The portal shows you only your own data — never any other client's work. Specifically:
My Cases (/my-cases)
Every piece of work your agency is doing for you, grouped by status:
- New — your agency just kicked it off.
- In progress — actively being worked on.
- In review — done and waiting for your sign-off.
- Active / Ongoing — recurring work (like a monthly care plan) that runs continuously.
- Closed — completed.
Click any case to see:
- A timeline of activity (when the agency took action, when they sent you something, when work was completed).
- Documents shared with you (proposals, drafts, deliverables).
- Messages — a chat with your agency tied to this specific case.
- Public link to anything they've shared (e.g. a draft post awaiting your approval).
My Billing (/my-billing)
Everything money-related:
- Your current subscription plan (if any).
- Invoices — view PDFs of every invoice your agency has issued.
- Payment method — update your card on file at any time.
- Cancel — initiate cancellation. The agency is notified and may reach out to discuss before processing.
Request Work (/request-work)
A simple form to ask for something new. Choose the type of work (one-time post, photo session, audit, etc.) and add a note. The agency receives it as a new case in their inbox.
What you can't see
- Other clients of the agency.
- Internal notes the agency staff write to each other.
- Costs / margins the agency tracks internally — you only see what's been invoiced to you.
Notifications
You'll get an email when:
- A post is ready for your approval.
- A new report is published.
- An invoice is issued.
- Your agency sends a message in a case (you can reply by clicking through to the case).
Per-event mute toggles (one-click "stop sending me approval emails" without affecting message emails, for example) are on the Roadmap. Today, contact your agency if you want to adjust what arrives in your inbox.
