Tour of the Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It's designed to answer one question: "What needs my attention right now?"
Top stats row
Across the top you'll see a row of stat cards. Each card is clickable — selecting one filters the relevant list to that subset. (You can always click your browser's Back button to return to the full Dashboard.)
| Card | What it shows | Where it links |
|---|---|---|
| Total Profiles | All active Google Business Profiles you manage | /profiles |
| Suspended | Profiles Google has flagged as suspended | /profiles?status=suspended |
| Pending Verification | Profiles Google hasn't fully verified yet | /profiles?status=pending_verification |
| Active Cases | Open work items across all clients | /cases?status=new,in_progress,review,active |
| New This Week | Profiles, reviews, or cases created in the last 7 days | varies |
A suspended or pending profile card additionally shows "Suspended X days" so you can see at a glance how long it's been stuck.
Recent activity feed
Below the stats, the Recent Activity feed lists the last things that happened across your organization — a new review, a scheduled post going live, a client signing an intake form, a payment received. Each row links to the underlying item.
"What's next" panels
Depending on your plan and your role, you'll see panels for:
- Posts awaiting approval — content your team has drafted that a client still needs to approve.
- Reviews needing a reply — Google reviews posted in the last N days without a response yet.
- Upcoming scheduled posts — what your content calendar will publish in the next 7 days.
- Suspended profiles — anything currently blocked from publishing.
- Failed jobs (admin only) — background work the system couldn't complete.
Left sidebar (primary navigation)
The sidebar groups features by purpose:
- Work — Dashboard, Cases, Tasks, Approvals, Messages
- Clients — Businesses, Profiles, Contacts, Profile Groups
- Content & Channels — Content Calendar, Reviews, Social Accounts, Brand Profiles
- Insights — Reports and analytics
- Commerce — Billing, Marketplace
- Platform (admin only) — admin-area links
Settings is a single top-level link below the groups, not a group of its own.
Items you don't have permission to see are hidden — your sidebar may look shorter than a teammate's.
Top bar
- Organization picker (left): switch between organizations you belong to. Locked on custom domains.
- Avatar menu (right): your profile, sign out, dark mode, help.
A global top-bar Search (jump to any business / profile / contact / case by name) and an in-app Notifications bell for approvals, mentions, and assignments are on the Roadmap.
Mobile
The same dashboard is available on phones — the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu and a bottom-nav bar appears for the most common actions (Dashboard, Reviews, Calendar, Cases, More). The mobile shell is feature-flagged per org; if you don't see the bottom nav, your org has it disabled.
