Integrations Overview
The Integrations page is the home base for every external connection your org maintains — Google, Facebook, Instagram, GA4, Search Console, Stripe, Mailgun (for outbound email), and the data sources your reporting and enrichment pull from.

AI providers (managed, not user-configurable)
The platform uses Anthropic Claude for text generation and Google Gemini for image generation. You don't configure these — they're abstracted behind the AI features. Your usage is tracked monthly and counted against your plan.
Connecting an integration
Each integration's row has a Connect button. Most use OAuth — you'll be redirected to the provider, sign in, approve scopes, and return. The integration row updates to "Connected" with a green status.
Per-integration health
Each connection shows:
- Status — Connected / Reauth required / Error
- Last activity — most recent successful API call
- Token expiry (for OAuth) — when re-auth will be needed
- Per-profile usage (for connections that apply per profile) — which profiles use this credential
Multi-account support
Most integrations support multiple accounts. Example: an agency that has both a Google account for their own profile work and a separate Google account for a specific large client can connect both and assign per-profile which credential to use.
Disconnecting
row → Disconnect. The OAuth token is revoked with the provider, and any features depending on this integration stop until reconnected. For Google: profiles using the credential surface a "needs reauth" badge on the integration row (the profile status itself is unaffected — see Profile Monitoring). For Facebook: scheduled syndications fall back to GBP-only.
