Creating Your Account

You can join Local Visibility Lab in four ways. Pick the one that matches how you got here.

1. You were invited by an agency

If your agency added you to their organization, you'll receive an email invitation from them. The invitation looks like this:

Your Agency has invited you to join their team on Local Visibility Lab.[Accept Invitation]

Click Accept Invitation. You'll be taken to a sign-up page that's pre-filled with the email the invitation was sent to.

• Choose a password, or sign in with Google to skip the password step.
• After your first sign-in, you'll land directly inside your agency's workspace.

You do not need to create an organization yourself. You're joining an existing one.

2. You signed up via the marketing site (localvisibilitylab.io)

If you came in through the Get Started button on localvisibilitylab.io, you paid via Stripe Checkout first and your organization is created automatically when the payment confirms.

1. Complete checkout on the Stripe-hosted payment page (no platform account needed yet — Stripe is the only place you enter card details).
2. Within ~1 minute of payment, you'll receive an email subject-lined "Welcome to Local Visibility Lab — your sign-in link".
3. Click the magic link in that email. You're signed in automatically and land on the Dashboard with your organization already created and your subscription active.

You can set a permanent password later under your avatar menu → Account. The magic link itself is single-use; if it expires or fails, use Sign in → Email me a sign-in link on the sign-in page with the same email.

Didn't get the email? Check spam first. If it's still missing 5 minutes after payment, email support — see Troubleshooting below.

3. You're starting a new agency directly on the dashboard

If you'd rather sign up without going through the marketing site's checkout flow:

Go to dashboard.localvisibilitylab.io and click Sign Up.

1. Enter your email and choose a password (or sign in with Google).
2. Verify your email if prompted.
3. On first sign-in, you'll be asked to create an organization — this is your agency workspace. Give it a name (your agency name).
4. You'll land on the Dashboard on a trial plan; you can pick a paid plan from Billing when you're ready.

Your first stop after that is Setting Up Your Organization.

4. You're an end customer of an agency (magic-link flow)

If you bought a service through an agency's storefront, the platform sends you a one-click magic link in an email titled something like "Get started with your new service".

Click the link. You'll be signed in automatically — no password to set up — and dropped into a guided onboarding flow that gathers the information your agency needs to do the work.

You can set a permanent password later from your Account menu.

Already used the magic link once? A magic link is single-use. If you need to come back, use the Sign In button on the same page and choose Email me a sign-in link if you don't have a password yet.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
Invitation email didn't arrive	Check spam. If still missing, ask your agency to resend it.
"This invitation has expired"	Invitations expire after 7 days. Ask for a new one.
Paid on localvisibilitylab.io but didn't get the welcome email	Check spam, then email support@localvisibilitylab.io with the Stripe receipt — we can resend the magic link manually.
Magic link says "already used"	Use Sign In → Email me a sign-in link with the same email.
You're stuck on a verification step	Email support@localvisibilitylab.io with the email address you used.
