For End Users (Customers of an Agency)

This section is for you, the business owner, whose marketing or SEO agency uses Local Visibility Lab to manage your Google Business Profile, run your content, and report results.

You don't need to learn the whole platform — only the parts your agency invites you into. Most of those experiences are designed to take less than five minutes and don't require a password.

Optional: your customer portal

If your agency turned it on, you also get a personal sign-in to a small portal where you can:

  • My Cases: see what your agency is currently working on for you.
  • My Billing: view invoices, update your payment method, change your plan.
  • Request Work: ask for a new service or a one-off task.

The portal lives at the same URL as your agency's app (e.g. dashboard.localvisibilitylab.io or your agency's custom domain).
