Your Free Trial — What's Included & What's Limited
Plan note: This page describes the free trial that every new account starts on. See Choosing & Changing Your Plan for paid plans.
When you create an account you get a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform for up to 3 locations. Starting the trial requires a credit card, but you are not charged until day 14 — cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.

Starting your trial
To begin, you add a credit card through our secure checkout. This confirms your plan but does not charge you during the 14-day trial. You will need to complete this step before you can start using the app.
What's included
For up to three locations, the trial gives you the full toolset — it is the real product, not a stripped-down demo:
- Monitoring & alerts — status changes, suspensions, and email notifications.
- Posts & content calendar — draft, schedule, and publish Google Business Profile posts.
- Reviews — read your reviews and draft replies.
- Performance & reports — Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and Search Console metrics, plus polished client-style reports.
- Cases, tasks & messages — the full workflow tools for managing your locations.
- Your team — invite up to 10 users.
- AI tools — the same monthly AI allowance as the paid plan.
What's limited
The trial is deliberately close to the full paid plan. Three things set it apart:
1. It lasts 14 days
After 14 days the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically — see When your trial ends.
2. Up to 3 locations
You can add up to three Google Business Profiles during the trial. Adding more requires your paid plan, which has no location cap.
3. A credit card is required to start
You enter a card up front. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
Your AI allowance is shared
Your monthly AI allowance is 50 generations, plus 50 more for each location — about 100 per month with a single location. It is a single shared pool: every AI action draws from the same allowance, not a separate quota per feature.

- Drafting a Google Business Profile post
- Drafting a review reply
- Writing a business description
- Generating or rewriting content-calendar entries
- Analyzing performance
- Analyzing a document
- Writing a report summary
The count resets at the start of each calendar month.
When your trial ends
On day 14, your card is charged and your subscription begins automatically — you keep working with no interruption. Billing is per location; see Choosing & Changing Your Plan for pricing and the Agency Partner option.
Don't want to continue? Cancel any time before day 14 and you will not be charged.
